Never go here! They lost a $200.00 pair of suit pants and gave me someone else's military uniform pants that were twice as big as the original pants and of course they are clueless as to how that could happen and offered no help. A previous time the charged me $700.00 instead of $7.00 and we had to drive there in person to get it resolved, then they said they would give us a discount the next time, but they didn't. No one go here ever!
Took two suit coats to get cleaned . When my wife picked them up they were dirty had fur and one had a stain. Asked for a refund they said no. So had to leave them and get them cleaned again. The stain was not removed. Bad service.
Have been using this business for years. Today I brought in a trenchcoat to be cleaned. I was there at 6:01 (was what my phone said, as I got back in my car to type this review). I walk in the door and was told " we are closed, it is 6:02pm" I said " well you should have the door locked and the sign that is blinking open shut off". I turned around and walked out. Will bring my business elsewhere since she was too busy to intake 1 item.
