I've been going for years. I love the ambiance, and my girl nina ? always hooks me up nicely. She never assumed she knows what I want, but always asked if I'm pleased with the work before it's completed. Cares about my natural name, which is a big plus for me.

This was my first time at this salon. It was very clean, I was greeted when I arrived and since I had an appointment, was taken care of right away. Although the technician I had never introduced herself, she did a very nice job with my pedicure. A couple arrived as I was leaving and they must have been regulars, as they were offered water when they were seated - I didn't get offered anything (water would have been nice!).

Disappointed, they advertise nail designs (pedicure) but when you ask for them they say they don't have time. What's the point of making an appointment then. Additionally disappointing was after they told me they didn't have time for nail designs with my pedi they asked me did I want a manicure. Ah, no thanks! I gave 3 stars because the pedi was decent but I didn't get the services they advertise.
