I appreciated the phone call that the product was on the way. When I received the product, it was very simple to set up. The videos were informative, detailed, and I was able to set it up quickly. I took it for a few test runs, a nap, and then a nights sleep. I’ve used it for 3 nights and I can feel a difference. I wake up more easily. I don’t feel like a zombie anymore. The only thing I can think of for improvement would be to allow the ap to talk to the device for regular sleeping, not just for the test run. It would be nice to be able to set the settings from my phone since I placed the device away from my reach. Limited outlets.

My experience was not great. When the medical bed we needed for my sister arrived it was old and broken ( the head of the bed did not raise). They did come back to repair it but nobody called to tell me they were coming so I missed them. I tried calling them and the phone was on some kind of infuriating loop, it kept asking if your a kaiser patient push three, you push three and it asks you the same question. This happened about 10 times and then it tells you sorry we're closed. I tried calling the next day and it was pretty much the same thing it kept asking the same thing over and over I never did get through.The next day they did come back and repair the bed but now...read full review

When my husband was about to be released on July 2, 2023, from Kaiser Permanente Hospital, they made arranged for a bed and oxygen tanks. I rushed home to fix up my house as we were given a window of 4 hrs. After an hour, cleaning and clearing room for bed, Apria was knocking at my door. There was this guy named Hector. He courteously introduced the company, and I let him in. He set up the bed and brought all the oxygen tanks in. Then he showed me how the bed works - raising up or lowering it down.
