Dr. Shields was extremely kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to all of our concerns and made us feel well cared for. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The office is a bit outdated and there aren’t many glasses in-store, I was able to find a style I liked but my husband did not, they were very accommodating and offered to order any style online which was very nice. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend.
The staff here was very friendly and they got me in on time for my appointment. The equipment was high-tech, and I opted to get a picture of the back of my eye, which was desperately needed! Dr Petersen made me feel very comfortable, was very thorough in his explanation, and I am definitely keeping them as my optometric center!
