I had an excellent one hour deep tissue massage with Yuko. She has been well trained on technique and spa etiquette. It was intense and her pressure was strong. Very professional.

I have been coming to this establishment for some time now and have always had good service. However, on this visit, it was disappointing. I scheduled a 2-hour appointment, and they had an opening for 7 pm. We confirmed my appointment (Pioneer location), and I arrived 10 minutes early and the door was locked (I believe because they may have been working on someone). I called and before the call finished, someone was at the door to open.After arriving early, they did not get me back into the room until approximately 7:10 pm. I've been to this business twice. The first massage was at their Cerritos location and it was very good. The therapist stretched me and took her time to work out all the right spots. She used warm oil and even walked on my back which was great! I'd give that experience a 4.5 star rating. Because of that, I decided to go back. This time I went to their Lakewood location. The massage was very rushed with overly fast hand movements and minimal pressure. She wasn't feeling for any knots or tightness . I told her I had lower back tightness but she hardly worked on that spot at all. She also neglected to walk on my back although I asked her to. (They have built... read full review
