Urgent Care - AME Medical Group

This was my first time coming, I rate it a 10/10. I brought my daughter here because she has a bad cough and she's only 5 months, her main dr recommended me to bring her here be she was fully booked and couldn't see me and I'm satisfied. The nurses and the dr were so nice and so professional, none of them were rude to me at all. They took me in literally in 3 minuets. Only thing is I came when they were on lunch on 3 but I didn't mind the wait because my daughter needed to be seen and get medication so it was WORTH IT.

Poor poor patient service. I called with my insurance company to check that they accepted my insurance and called myself to check the hours. Only to get there by 5 pm from across town 2 hrs before they even close. Only to be denied service and turned away! When I called your team should’ve said they weren’t taking anymore and it was crazy to hear the provider yelling that they weren’t taking anymore and to go to the other office another 45 mins from this one.

If I could give one star I would. This place doesn’t deserve a single star. I went in for my 10 year old son who has been sick for a week. After being checked in (verified insurance etc) we were finally called in after almost an hr of waitjng to get his vitals done. Soon after we were placed in room #1. After 30 minutes of just sitting in the room the front desk lady comes in and says that I currently have two co payments that was never charged to
Me in 2019 that would need to be collected today in order for my son to be seen. She made it clear to me that it was a “clerical mistake” that’s why I was never charged those two times back in 2019. I explained... read full review
