I was a little worried about reviews I read about the clinic but I was immediately put at ease by the friendly and helpful woman at the reception desk. I didn't have to wait long to see the Doctor. He and the nurse examined me and after a short wait they returned to explain the diagnosis and the treatment. I was given a prescription and booked a follow up appt in less than 5 min. I picked up my medication in the downstairs pharmacy and I was done. The entire visit took less than an hour. I am pleased with the service I received at Dr. Rosenbergs.
This is the most badly run medical office I have ever experienced. I’ve been waiting for a medication for a skin condition for close to a month now. Over that time period I’ve called the medical staff four times to ask what’s the status of my medication, the automated phone machine has you wait for 20 minutes only for it to go to voicemail (no one ever picks up the phone or responds to messages left on voicemail). If you get a referral to this doctor go back to your original doctor and ask for another one. You'll be happy you did. This place is awful. The staff and doctors are unprofessional. They do not value your time. They overbook the doctor so he just runs through you. No care or concern. I originally came here for a skin cancer test on my breast cancer breast and never even saw Dr Rosenberg. He does not come to this office. His name's just on the door. Be prepared to wait an hour before being taken back and then you might wait another half an hour or so before you even see the doctor. Your appointment could take 2 hours.
