She is friendly, professional, & was so patient with me. She explained everything she was doing it which helped me feel at ease since it was my first time. Definitely going to continue going with her.

Today was my 1st of many visits to Pristine Esthetics. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and flexibility to book and schedule a service with adequate reminders for the appointment. Coming from European Wax Center, I really value the focused customer service. In addition, Naimah is very attentive to clients needs during service and was essentially, painless as possible.
