“Dr. O Patel and her assist Daniel are very good professionals they listen to the patients concerns and have done an outstanding job on my left 2nd 3rd toes nails. The tech cut out the old nail growing out wrong due to severe trauma of both toe nails. Bith nails grew back, and the next visit, the tech trimmed n filed my toe nails. They also treated my athletes' feet and gave me some medicated cream for my feet. I was told how to correctly care for my feet, change socks daily, n wear shoes every 2 days for proper ventilation. They have bedside manners and are passionate about treating their patients. I rate them 5 stars.“

This is a review for Dr. Kazuto Augustus. I have been seeing Dr. Augustus for 18 months. Dr. Augustus has been consistently kind, caring, and respectful throughout our interactions. In addition, Dr. Augustus has been affable and a very good listener during my visits, and makes you feel comfortable and attended to. How often can you say that about a physician, much less a specialist? My foot needs are somewhat unique, and Dr. Augustus took many variables into account before recommending a treatment for my diabetic neuropathy that I had never heard of (Qutenza). He seems to be expert and knowledgeable. The treatment has been quite successful so far, although there are several months to go. At West Coast Foot and Ankle (Long Beach Office) the staff have been serious but polite and efficient. There was one time when the ball got dropped in communication with the specialty pharmacy, but that quickly got fixed. Overall two thumbs up.“

Dr. Weingarten made sure to measure me properly and even had me redo certain parts to ensure he got it just right. “I was first referred by my Kaiser physician to Kaiser Podiatry, which then referred me to American Foot Clinic. (Kaiser does not do orthotics). I was able to arrange an appointment within a week, was seen right at my appointment time, and was assisted with the castings of my feet, considering my own specific needs. The casting was done carefully and I was finished within 30 minutes. I was told that my inserts would be delivered to my home within 2-3 weeks. I was very satisfied with the service I received. The staff is very courteous and professional!“
