I needed to buy a guitar pickup, and wanted to see the raw nickel cover on it first. They had one in stock on their website, but their website says you can only visit the store by appointment. I called and left them a voicemail and also sent them an email to ask if I could go in. Never got a response to either. This wasted a few days for me and I lost my chance at buying the product from another store. Pretty disappointing customer service.
