If you want to get rid of pain -book a deep tissue (it's myofascial + scraping, it comes with a CBD cream & she's so sweet she offers free cupping on your next appt). She gets booked up so fast! & I loved that this place offers a discount on your first appointment so you can test and see if this place fits your needs.
My job is pretty active and so my muscles get really tight. This is the best place I go to because I like to ask questions to help prevent tightness for the future and she is knowledgable and is able to identify problem areas and give suggestions before the next massage. She also takes the time to hear out your concerns before and after and doesn't just get the massage done and get you out of there. Not to mention the place is so aesthetically pleasing!
