Hopefully you never need the services of a bail bond company but, in the event you find yourself or a member of your family in need of one, this is the company for you. The process was easy, convenient and fast! I provided the necessary information and they had an agent that went to the police station immediately. I was able to use a credit card over the phone and my family member was released within the hour.... Not a situation you want a family member to be in, but it all worked out....P.S. charges were dismissed for insufficient evidence... I.e the "victim" is a drama queen who lies....

The agents that I dealt with on the phone was very unprofessional and she hung up on me because I called to get a receipt for the charges that were placed on my card. She argued with me that it was in my credit card statement that I didn't need one. I then brought up the company's downloadable app and inquired as to why the amount I paid to the agent was $150 higher than what the application showed me. I simply wanted to know why there was a price difference. She told me that app was outdated and everyone knows it's 10% so why did I even use the app that I was being silly and then she hung up.
