As someone who has always had poor vision her entire life, I’ve always valued the experience of a small, personal practice vs. an Optometrist in a big box store. Dr. Takeda and her staff are so kind, caring, and careful, I always feel like I’m in the best hands. I wear contact lenses, so I don’t have the luxury of delaying my appointment while we’re in the middle of a global pandemic. I felt that the process for booking and attending my appointment was very safe and I didn’t feel any fear at any time. I also didn’t feel like I was in a five minute car wash- that is, in and out. Dr. Takeda still took time to talk with me, catch up, make me feel like a valued patient. That majorly matters in my book. My contact order and subsequent pickup was a breeze! From technology, patient care, customer service, “bedside manner” and safety, I cannot recommend Lakewood Optometry enough!
