I have found Richard's Tai Chi class to be excellent physical exercise and a fun activity that I can do with my husband. Richard is a great instructor and accommodates all ranges of physical ability. I am in pretty good physical condition due to years of ballet training. I had surgery earlier this year and hoped that Tai Chi would be beneficial in my recovery. I am enjoying Richard's Tai Chi classes a lot. I played tennis and racquetball for over forty years and have sustained some wear and tear to my joints. I focus primarily on rehabbing my shoulders during Tai Chi and Richard makes a lot of adjustments and suggestions during the class so that I get maximum benefit. I find that I am more limber and my flexibility and balance have improved significantly since I started. Richard is also very knowledgeable about herbs and natural remedies. I have been a student for Si Fi King martial arts for around 20 years. He has taught me so much about Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and now learning Qigong. I received black sash and it was not easy. The weapons where always fun and he made the class enjoyable.I think with all of the health issue happening now, everyone should take a class in Qigong and Si Fu King does a great job working with everyone that has limits. He works with each persons limits to make they better. Thanks Ray
