I was tired of trying to figure out my pool issues on my own, so I decided to call a professional—big mistake. I spoke with Emerald Pool Service the night before, and we agreed on a $100 fee for a diagnosis. I expected at least some effort, but what I got was a complete waste of time and money.
The guy showed up barely speaking English, carrying a few ancient tools that he never even used. Instead of diagnosing anything, he just stood there while I explained everything I had already tried. I called this pool service for help with a pool repair and asked the person's name so I could address him by name. He was extremely rude and hung up on me before I could even ask what services his company offers. When I called back to see if perhaps the connection had been lost accidentally he was extremely rude again and hung up on me.
