I wish I could give a negative number for the service I recently received. I paid upfront to have the dress for my sons wedding cleaned and altered. I was assured it could be done in time. Well it wasn't. The dress alterations were horrible and the dress never cleaned, and I was forced to wear this to the wedding anyway. I have been trying to reach the manager for weeks now. Every time I call its an excuse; 1) You just missed him, 2) He will call yo back 3) From the sales clerk, "I don't know his number (yeah right). We have been going to this cleaners for 16 year. Last week I took a brand new French cuff shirt in to Classique Cleaners to have pressed prior to a wedding I was attending on Saturday. The first time they ironed it, they missed part of each sleeve and a bit of the front, so I took it back to have it redone.When I picked it up Friday morning, they had burnt the collar and the front making it un-wearable.
