Each time I've brought my clothes here, it's been a wonderful experience! My clothes have always been ready on time, and always are fresh and clean! I can tell much time and care is taken.

And I've had my pants hemmed 3 times, and I've been very happy with the tailoring! ??

I wish I could give a negative number for the service I recently received. I paid upfront to have the dress for my sons wedding cleaned and altered. I was assured it could be done in time. Well it wasn't. The dress alterations were horrible and the dress never cleaned, and I was forced to wear this to the wedding anyway. I have been trying to reach the manager for weeks now. Every time I call its an excuse; 1) You just missed him, 2) He will call yo back 3) From the sales clerk, "I don't know his number (yeah right).
