Steve and Chase have maintained our HVAC over the past four years impeccably. They come twice a year before winter and summer to ensure furnace and a/c condenser etc are in good order. Filter changes, ensuring the coils are clean etc. Fairly priced, easy to schedule with previously Judy and now Emily. Tops company for your HVAC maintenance! They are great people doing a great job. Reliable and Affordable!!! We called several companies looking for an estimate to replace our Air conditioner and furnace. Most companies gave estimates that were extremely high . Morse and Bailey gave us an estimate that we couldn't refuse. The quality of work was superb. The communication from the beginning to the end was outstanding. We highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to have their Air conditioning and heating system service or replaced. 5 star company with reasonable rates. Highly recommended!!!

I heard about them through a Santee facebook group and they did not disappoint. Due to their busy schedule they weren't able to service me as soon as I had hoped but they got me in at the end of the week. When they came, they were quick and gave me great advice to resolve my heating issue in the future. The service was outstanding nonetheless. I understand that they've changed the name of their company name. However if I need their services in the future I will definitely reach out to them again. They were awesome and I highly recommend them to anyone who can use their help!!!
