I needed a fire sprinkler replacement and I called about 10 different companies in the area all of which kept promising a call back or a “let me check my schedule” I call this place get right in touch with owner who immediately starts trouble shooting and has people at my place in 20 minutes not to mention it was cheaper than all the other companies. They get here and fix everything quickly and answer all my questions, absolute life savers. 10/10 would recommend.
I had a leak in my ceiling and my tenant opened up the drywall to what appeared a leak on the orange CPVC pipe. Called Brent the owner on Sexton Fire Protection. He said his guy could come over later that day. Which he did. It turns out it was a pin hole hot water copper leaking on to the fire sprinkler pipe. Brent called me to let me know what it was. Since I live in Lakeside and had the arear opened up his guy diagnosed the problem simply with out going into my attic. All that to say Brent didn't even charge me for a service call for a same day service!! Unheard of service!! Would use if I EVER need service on my fire sprinkler system.
We thought we had a leak in our fire protection sprinkler system. Brent Sexton sent one of his crew over the same day I called them. He tested our whole system and assured us it was functioning properly. It turned out we had a roof leak. They actually recommended a local roofing contractor to us. Sexton Fire Protection was courteous, prompt and very professional! I highly recommend them for troubleshooting, repairs or new installation. Definitely a 5 star rating.Lola Massena
