After rain storm that happened in San Diego a couple weeks ago, my condo bedroom' s ceiling started to have moisture and mold issue. HOA sent out Sani Clean to initiate first inspection. Need to go through protocol of mold removal and clearance. Throughout the whole process, I had to deal with multiple companies to resolve this headache, beside also had to deal with HOA. Steve from Sani Clean not only responded to my questions and concerns promptly, his clearly communication also help to ease my scheduling. Steve is great to deal with. I had a terrible plumbing flood, two stories. Mold and drying required and then a rebuild. Steve coordinated everything and made a stressful situation go as well as it could possibly go. I am extremely particular about my home and they accommodated me.I have had numerous flood and plumbing issues due to two older properties in the UTC area, which are notorious for bad plumbing due to fast, sloppy construction during the building boom.This was one of the FEW decent drying companies I have dealt with.
