Frank was extremely professional. Continuously explained what he was looking at, what he was doing, what his next step would be. Gave options where appropriate, did not insist I purchase anything. Frank was very punctual and did not waste time. I would recommend Frank to be your HVAC person!

This morning we discovered that our walk in freezer was not working? We contacted precision temperature within 2 hours. They had a technician to fix our system. I can't say enough about this amazing. Company, they will, it's definitely b our new service company. There technician Cali was outstanding. She explained everything before she, worked on the system. She gave me clear understanding of prices and told me exactly what needed to be done. I was very impressed with her professionalism.

He went above and beyond…not just diagnosing the problem and fixing it…but also why the problem occurred and took the time to prepare the system from encountering the same problem in the future. If Frank is representative of the quality and level of experience that Precision employs, well they now have a loyal customer!!!
