From the beginning this company demonstrated their experience, professionalism and dedication to delivering an amazing finished product. There are lot's of pool remodeling companies in San Diego county and I feel like I spoke to most of them but Poolscape stood out to me not just because they were reasonably priced but because they were honest and they gave me options but never pushed. My pool was built in the late 1980's and was long overdue for a remodel. You won't believe the before and after pictures!!! But let me first tell you about the demo team. They worked as a team to remove tile, coping and plaster. They took precautions to keep the dust down by covering the pool while they were underneath demo'ing it. They cleaned up every day never leaving me with a mess. They were like a living machine working in sync going over every inch of my pool. Jeff and Dewayne built a baja shelf in the shallow end of the pool. You'll see the pictures of how it took shape and became the jewel of the pool. Picking out the material was very stressful because it's a lot of money and you don't want to make a mistake but Steph and Kirk helped me pick out the material for the look I wanted. It's just gorgeous and I could not have done it without them!!! Tile and coping were installed by Alvaro and his precise tile cutter partner. There were no mistakes here everything is precise and level. My pool is free form in shape and required every single coping piece to be cut. Every one required multiple cuts and multiple trips back and forth from the saw to the pool. A tremendous amount of work done by both and each and every day they cleaned up my patio. Never was there a rock or piece of mortar or tile left for me to step on or clean up. I was not going to do penny tile on the steps but Steph convinced me and showed me pictures of Jayme's pool and I was sold!!! Next the crew arrived to apply the pebble. What a work of art it is. Again this team worked in sync with each other like a living machine. I could tell by the way they worked together that they enjoy making beautiful pools for people. Next the pool was acid washed and again this team (part of the demo team) worked seamlessly leaving no trash, dirt, debris anywhere on my property. Then the pool was filled, it took about 23 hours with two garden hoses to fill it. Then the mastic was applied. Again the team that did the mastic did a precise job and also repaired a few bricks that got loose during the demo. This company did not require anything from me except to be happy with the results. I was completely hands off because I could immediately see they did not require direction, they knew what to do and they did it. Day after day they did it until it was finished. They also helped me replace a pump that bit the dust (20 years old) -Thank you Patrick and repair a leak I had under a line of brick (Thank you Jeff, no one can tell it was opened up and put back together); Rob was always there managing and providing options for me and I really appreciated it!! I am so happy with the results and with the entire process. Poolscape Unlimited has qualified talented people working as a team to be successful. Now go look at the pictures!!!
We used Poolscape to remodel our old 1960s pool and we have been really pleased with them throughout the process. I had so many bids from different pool companies and Poolscape where very reasonably priced and did a great job. They have a huge team of people so everything gets done fast. Demo was done in one day followed by coping and tilling shortly after that. The mini pebble plaster looks amazing and was done in a day. Big shout-out to Jeff and Dwain who did our coping for us and to Steph for coordinating everything.
