A very generous PC shop that won't try to rip you off at every turn. Surprisingly well-priced parts, but nothing of poor quality. They are impressively thorough with diagnosis if you have computer problems. Matt himself seems very experienced with gaming PCs, and has a few custom-built ones for sale in the front.My situation: When my newly-upgraded gaming PC stopped working, Matt diagnosed it for free. With no fuss, they gave it back to me so I could replace the faulty parts. After replacing the parts, I brought it back to him. He assembled it better than I ever could. PC Reps has been really great to me!I honestly couldn't be more happy with the service I have received from them. They are always offering more help! I have always had a decent handle on PC repair myself, but that was sadly 20 years ago. I am finding lots of the new stuff that that while I was able to solve myself ages ago has been a thorn in my side now. Matt quickly identified and solved the problems for me! His knowledge in gaming PC's is very in-depth and I am happy to go to him for information and new parts.
