Wonderfully honest place. I had two pairs of pants that I ordered to long. Brought them in to get alterations done. Price was good. When I picked them up I was in a rush getting important phone calls and left the store. The owner of the store ran after me as I was driving off to let me know I had over paid by $20. How honest is that in today’s society?? Of course I thanked him. If you want an honest place to go. This is the place!!
This place is great. The business operator does excellent dry-cleaning work and she meets the pickup deadline. I was provided with a 5-day turnaround from drop-off to pick-up. 5 days is faster than the 3 other cleaners I tested in East County prior to coming to Neighborhood Cleaners.
I wear suits to work and I will be returning to this cleaner for my cleaning/alteration needs in future.
I have tried nearly every cleaner in Lakeside, Santee, and La Mesa and I like this one best.
I’m so happy I found this place! I’ve been with three special requests and the owner has always been so incredibly helpful and thoughtful. She helped me customize some clothing for my son w/special needs.
