Wow, we have needed a new roof for quite awhile. We contacted Ford and immediately got a response and inspection the same day. TJ and the crew were amazing the entire way through. Much like the previous reviewer, I, too, had roofing issues during our epic rainy season and needed an entire re-roof. TJ Ford came out himself to deliver one of several bids I received. Ford Roofing was competitive from the get go and, because I was dealing with the owner directly, were able to offer additional requests (such as skylight replacement, reattaching gutters, repainting damaged wood) that other roofers either added on to their quotes or refused to do altogether (which is why I went with Ford Roofing). From start to finish Ford Roofing was always professional, on time, and did exactly what they said they would do. Also, it was really nice to not be given "the Big Sales" pitch. Mr. Ford explained everything in plain English (and as I learned later, he speaks fluent Spanish). Even after the job was done and paid for, and I called with a couple of little details I hadn't noticed during the final walk-thru inspection, their Forman came out on Monday and not only fixed the couple of details I asked about, but even fixed some things I hadn't noticed.
