What a absolutely FANTASTIC experience! I was so anxious for my 3 year old cockapoo to stay in kennels for 2 weeks for the first time. The owners and team were so kind and reassuring from the first contact and throughout. We went to have a look around with Bonnie before her stay as advised. They were more than happy for me to call and give me updates throughout our 2 week holiday. We saw pictures of her regularly on their Facebook page. The whole team are so friendly and it is clear that they have treated Bonnie like they would treat their own dogs throughout her entire stay. She has come home a very happy girl after her 2 week holiday. I would not hesitate to book her again next year when we go away! Absolutely outstanding facility and staff. Made my anxiety melt away and took excellent care of our 3 rather large dogs, showed them lots of love and even managed to give them all a bath- not easy trying to wrestle a 60kg dog into a bath but Woody’s managed! Thank you all so so much for taking care of ‘the terrible trio!’ We will definitely bring them back ☺️
