Our Car had not been operated since we returned home from being evacuated during the Mendocino Complex and Ranch Wildfires so Our Car's Battery was Dead. We found Jones Towing on Google Maps and called them. From the time we called them (8:59am) the Dispatcher said the Driver would be here in the hour. Not even!! He showed up within 15 minutes after we called! We moved here in Blue Lakes from Sacramento Ca and have used many Tow Services ( especially Roadside Assistance)and During the Sacramento Rush hour time frame. NEVER Has a Tow Service ever Been this Quick and Efficient!! And Both Employees Were Excellent and Friendly to Us! Even midst a Moment of a Married couple...read full review
