Hello everyone,I just wanted to say that Joanne and her team are “Fabulous”! My dog Loki was very traumatized at the vet clinic on Main Street when they tried grooming his nails. I don’t know what happened but he had a huge fit and never let anyone touch his nails again. He’s only a year and five months old mind you so, I decided to try a groomer and called Joannes pampered paws. I explained how traumatized he was and how he screams and last time was foaming at the mouth turning blue just having a fit. I'm from out of town; I was up there watching my sister's dogs. They needed their paws groomed so I took them to Joanne's. They were so patient with the dogs, my sister always did their paws so this was unfamiliar territory for them. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Joanne's.
She is fantastic. Took such good care of my two Shiba Inu's. They have tons of hair and she did an absolutely wonderful job with helping remove their second coat. Not to mention she is a super nice person and very gentle.
