Our plumber ( I'm sorry I can't remember his name ) was incredibly knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them all. Very professional and friendly. I'm wholeheartedly reccomending Cramer Enterprises ! This morning, after starting the laundry I realized, I had no water. I have a well, and I did all the things I know to do (granted, it's limited) and couldn't figure it out. I found Eric Cramer on Google and noted his reviews. He promptly answered my phone call. He was out within a hour. He diagnosed the problem - a defunct breaker (probably original to the house and a specialty brand as well) He had it in stock in his office and we had water within 2.5 hours of our phone call!
