I'm grateful for the service that Rick provided to re-key my home's door locks. I gave him a large amount of locks to work on and some of them were real challenges, either because of their degraded state from weathering / debris or because the doors were out of alignment. His calmness and positive outlook throughout the day while he worked hard on all of the locks was much appreciated. He took time to explain, offer options, and answer questions and to make sure that he was leaving everything in the best state possible for me, which I greatly appreciated. Exceptional service, 24/7. I had an emergency with a lock. Owner graciously walked me thru handling the issue myself so that everything was fixed immediately. I could not have asked for more. I locked myself out of my house with my 1 year old son. They were at my house in Kelseyville within an hour. It was a tough old lock but they were still able to pick it. As small business owners ourselves, I can appreciate the great service!
