My 10-year old Lennar home unfortunately had a plumbing backup and flooded about 50% of my house in early December (our fault, not Lennar's). All of the flooring in those affected rooms had to come out and when it was time to put new floors back in, I contacted Vintage Design, whom I worked with when I bought my home 10 years ago. I dealt with Bryn Billman, who was very gracious to help us, even though this was 10 YEARS after we purchased the home. As it turned out, we had Vintage do just the carpeting as the hardwood we originally had was very difficult to find and we wanted a different style tile in the bathroom. Their carpeting quote was significantly less than 3 other local Escondido carpet companies and so we contracted with VD to do the carpet replacement and also replace the carpet in one bedroom not affected by the flood. Their crew was timely and prompt. Their installation work was first rate (and I'm a retired general contractor and i know good work when I see it), and they finished far sooner than I expected. My wife and I are thrilled with their work and I would recommend folks working with Bryn Billman in the future.
