I visited Ulta of El Toro, Lake Forest on Dec 18, 2023. Received excellent service from the manager, the cashiers Esmeralda and Hana. You guys are great, kind, helpful and professional. Thank you so much. I gave the store scores as 10/10.

I love this place! The ladies are always super nice and helpful, but not pushy at all. I'm kind of a tomboy so it's hard for me and places like this to find what I need and I always have anxiety for a walk in there. Because I don't really know where to start. But Rebecca and Jay We're so like beyond helpful. She helped me find everything that I was looking for and when I told her that a product was too expensive for me. She immediately brought me over to a product. That would do the same thing, but there was half the price and made me feel like it was in a big deal. Wow all the ladies were very nice andHelpful. They helped my mom find a product. Grace our cashier was also top notch super awesome! She offered me assistance checked me out fast also signed me up with their program:) thank you! I would come again!
