“I send out three of my machines for repair at the warranty cut off...I was working with Cheyenne machines before and when I sent them out for repair I did not get them back for a month, sometimes longer, and they were never repaired the same as when I first bought them. “Me and my partner are so happy that we found this hidden gem in Irvine. The studio is beautiful.
My partner went twice and Vanessa was always there to help. She actually cleared all the doubts my partner had before her first conch piercing. And she helped her to find the right shiny stones. Amazing job.
Ron is super nice and incredibly knowledgeable. He put the new rook in place and gave us some tips in five mins. Clean job. Plus he has this nice aura around him lol.
Chris did the conch piercing. As someone who worked as a surgical tech for years, I gotta say Chris is highly professional. The sterile techniques are embedded in his brain and muscles, which is phenomenal to watch. I might be a little bit exaggerated but I've been to many piercing/tattoo shops on different continents, never seen a surgical level piercing with sterile gloves on before. Fantastic job. BTW, the chemical integrator/sterilizer check is like a cherry on top lol.
