Today, I had another amazing haircut with Carmen. She is truly a great hairstylist and pays very close attention to what you want, and she continuously checks with you during the haircut. She is always welcoming, warm, and fun to chat with. The way she welcomes and talks to other guests also provides a warm environment to get your self care, without any hassle etc. I moved to OC 2.5 years ago and after trying multiple barbershops, I finally discovered her, and been going to her since, and recommended her to several friends. She also says her colleagues are great (but we keep staying with Carmen).

Had a great experience at Supercuts in Lake Forest. They got me in quickly and fixed a bad hair trim I had tried to do myself. Thank goodness for Carmen who did such a great job blending my cut so I walked out looking great! ?

I decided to stop by this Supercuts location because it was close to my job and I needed a quick trim before I flew home for the holidays. I chose Carmen to cut my hair because of the great reviews I saw online before booking. Carmen did not disappoint. She was so sweet and friendly! She made me feel so welcomed as soon as I sat in her chair. She also did a great job of cleaning up the ends of my hair. I will definitely be returning to this location specifically for Carmen!!!
