Walked in today for a pedicure. Ofcourse I know every place is short on staff right now, so I went in expecting to have to wait a bit. The gentleman was cutting someone's hair and said to sit in one of the chairs for pedicure. He had my feet soaking. He called another worker to see where she was. He told me it'll be 20min. I said no worries at all since I walked in. Well the 20min turned into 50min when she finally showed up. My massage chair wasn't working. I was soaking my feet and told the gentleman, he tried to fix it and said maybe the woman can when she came in. After she arrived I told her the chair did not work. I recently dropped in for a pedicure I inquired how much it was and thought I would get the $27 pedicure. When the lady came to give me a pedicure, she did not give me the list of services for me to choose. It lasted an hour. I wondered why it took so long. When I was done and and it was time to pay, He said it was $40! I didn’t plan on laying that much plus a tip which I almost didn’t leave, but the Lady was so nice that did the pedicure. I probably will not return.

I was visiting the area and decided to drop in for a gel manicure, no appointment. They were able to see me right away. Alex gave me the manicure and did a spectacular job. One of the best manicures ever. He was friendly and professional. I had a French manicure and it is just beautiful. It has lasted three weeks and still looks great! I can't say enough about the great service. I am in the area several times a year and I will make a point to go back.
