Very unimpressed, bought a $250 lock for easy access and they are shutting the app down in November which means having to use a key. Sure the lock works but I could have bought a deadbolt for $50 if I wanted a deadbolt.

This company is engaged in billing fraud and should be reported to both California state and federal law enforcement. I had to report them to the Bank of America fraud detection unit for 3 identical charges to my credit card of $1,189.89. BofA investigated and reversed the fraudulent charges. Yet, recklessly keep making robo calls to my house about solar panels. Now that I have identified them, I will refer them to the DOJ. Actions have consequences. Bank fraud is a felony.

I bought a Kwickset 913 lock in Jan 2021, March 2021 it malfunctions locking me out of my house.. I had to pay a lock smith 260.00 dollars to get in. Your customer service was awful.. You should have gave me a lock that you are not having problems with. No!!!I get the same exact one but you won't even overnight it. Do I want it to Malfunction again? I like when I have a manufacture back up their product. I would have felt better with a different lock... and if you cared enough to overnight it or pay for my locksmith since i received the bill because of your product.
