Jesse/South Country roofing are GREAT! We have used their services twice and Jesse has done a fantastic job. We had a leak and he came out, literally, right before the recent HUGE rainfall we had and his work help up beautifully. Not a drop in the house. And he's a great guy, on top of it. And honest. Don't look further. Great company, great guy and he does great work!
There might be hope for everyone having homeowner's insurance cancelation threats because of alleged roof problems. After getting my Liberty Mutual non-renewal letter, Brian from S. County Roofing ((949) 597-0192) did an inspection and wrote a report that my roof was fine, which I emailed Liberty. They kept emailing me back rejecting it saying they were going to cancel me unless I fixed the roof's alleged mildew/moss/etc problems. I was getting ready to sign up with Lemonade insurance or Seaview Insurance (suggested by Paul my great insurance guy 949-366-1080). Suddenly I got a letter saying they reevaluated the situation and weren't going to cancel me. I don't know if this tactic will work for everyone but I wanted to share this.
