This review is overdue. I had my house treated by Solo for both subterranean and drywood termites 10 years ago. At the time, Solo was the only pest control company I spoke with that wasn’t pushing tenting — and based on my research, that was exactly what I wanted.
Since then, we’ve seen no further evidence of subterranean termites, and any new signs of drywood activity have been treated during annual inspections by Steve. I’ve been a customer of Solo Termite since 2018, and they’ve consistently been easy to work with and highly responsive. Their professionalism and reliability have made every interaction smooth and stress-free.
I’ve used Solo Termite since 2019. Originally they fumigated the house. I agreed to their annual inspection contract.
I find them very easy to work with. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. For the annual inspection I call and schedule a date and time. That day the person calls to let me know they are on their way and always on time. Very pleased with their service.
