Restor Physical Therapy

I am forever grateful to Aimee Perrone and her staff for the excellent physical therapy I received! I have been able to return to my normal and enjoyed activities because of the results of the PRP and the therapy program that was developed for me. Aimee and the staff were always positive and provided the encouragement to get me through. Aimee also provided exercises to help me continue to strengthen my Achilles. Excellence/Caring/Positive/ Friendly are all accurate descriptions of the staff in the Lake Forest office!

If you like be charged by an orthopedic surgeon for a diagnosis and being introduced to a PT in that dr office only to have him diagnose you again and then charge you too then go to this place. I met John Horse in the hallway at Dr Venuto's office. I then learned through my insurance he tried to bill me twice to the tune of $408 for a diagnosis I paid an orthopedic surgeon for the same exact day. Over $1000! If that is not bad enough his practice charges you at point of sale and they do nit check to see if you have met your deductible every time. I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at Restor! After suffering a grade 2 hamstring strain, the team took me from crutches to the finish line of a marathon in just one week. From the outset, I was incredibly impressed with Restor. Whether I was dealing with the office manager, (Bea), the physical therapist (Keith) or the President (John), they all treated me like I was their most valued customer. Great communication and tons of attention at all of my appointments. The office is easy to find and the staff doesn't over schedule, which means the quality of treatment is fantastic.
