Staff put their hearts into giving my wedding dress a new life, and were able to get out 'gawd knows' what pink drink I had gotten on the front 25 years ago. And as an added bonus they lovingly bagged my dress, safely packed with a cardboard frame and bow.

Fidel was amazing... he fixed my work backpack for 20 bucks and did it within fifteen minutes and then even looked over the entire bag and sown up any spots and found other places that needed stiching.. Hewas so kind and urgent... He made my day and will always keep him in mind!!! Thank you Fidel!!!

I don't know if you have a habit of destroying customers' clothes when you can't solve the problem, or if you think the garment is too expensive and want to destroy it? Please tell me where the drawstring on my hat went? Don't tell me I lost it myself; this was the first time I wore it after washing it.(update:Finally! The boss or manager found my drawstring, and thankfully they didn't throw it away! In the future, please don't forget any customer accessories during deliveries; it's not a big deal, but it greatly affects your mood and wastes time.)
