I’ve been going to Debbie for about 10yrs. She’s very meticulous and listens to your requests. I’ve had my eyebrows tattooed along with eyeliner. Because we used black eyeliner it has lasted many yrs. I use brown on my eyebrows so I go for touch ups every couple of yrs. She is reasonably priced and offers discounts and lets me know when they apply. Love talking and laughing with her. She’s very skilled and I highly recommend her for whatever your needs.
