Had an appointment first thing in the morning. Billy and Eric showed up on time to check out and change some items before we moved in. The garbage disposal was bad ,some shower heads and valves were changed in two bathrooms and one of the toilets was in need of changing. The techs worked well together to get the job done quickly. Great job by Partners Plumbing and I would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing issues.
After too many years of common area water line breaks, our HOA decided to repipe what was HOA responsibility. From the bidding process to the end of the project, Partners Plumbing exceeded the board’s expectations. As Damon is very familiar with the plumbing in our buildings, he was personally involved in the bidding process so that nothing would be incorrectly assumed, or forgotten. I recently had an emergency plumbing issue at my home over the weekend, and I was fortunate to have Tim come to the rescue around 8pm. Tim was exceptionally kind and professional throughout the entire process. He quickly identified and fixed the leak, demonstrating impressive efficiency and expertise.
What truly stood out was Tim's willingness to explain the steps he took to resolve the issue, helping me understand the process. Additionally, he offered valuable recommendations for preventing future problems, which I greatly appreciated.
