I got my permanent eyeliner done with Paris permanent makeup and had the best professional and expert experience. Parisa is very detailed in the consultation and is a natural trained artist and in the business for many years . She did an accurate and perfect job with confident steady hands for outlining my eyes for the exact length, width and darkness I wanted. I was very particular because I already have wide set eyes and she absolutely understood and did it with thorough knowledge of the equipment and safety measures .
