I was at this fine establishment the other day, I was here to tan and decided to do a walk in, well the manager and associate convinced me to get a membership and tan and provided a full breakdown of all the benefits and perks of being a member with PBT the staff was absolutely pleasant. And a huge catch and I was really glad I decided to come in and they treated me with upmost respect and were super friendly. I can’t wait to tan again at Palm beach tan and try their red light therapy which they said I HAD to try which I am excited for.
Aubrey is a gem at Palm Beach Tan! I came in to sign up again for monthly tans and she was so sweet. She explained clearly all the programs, the disclosures to sign, how the beds and spray tans worked! She’s a great little salesperson and I ended up getting the premier package and product. Probably because she was such a pleasure to deal with ( and maybe the red light too ) thank you Aubrey! If I were your boss you would be getting a raise!

I’ve known manager, Lindsey since she started at my tanning salon. Since has been taken over by Palm Beach. She continues to stay true with her above excellent customer service. She is always pleasant, compassionate and goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. I hope that she can be recognized for being outstanding and doing whatever she can to fix and/or keep customers satisfied!
