We were beyond pleased with our experience at Our Pets Vet. From the moment we arrived with Bonnie the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They combine a tremendous attention to detail along with a high level of compassion and empathy. Dr Nguyen is truly amazing. We felt totally comfortable with her plan for getting Bonnie healthy again. She was with us every step of the way
We’ve got our Bonnie feeling better and owe it all to the fine professionals at Our Pets Vet.

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. The doctor explained everything well, and took her time with us. No one made me feel like I was being upsold or pressured to do more than I had planned. The cost for the visit and the vaccine my dog needed were very reasonable. And I really appreciated the next day follow up call to make sure my dog's vaccine did not make her sick. Great experience!
