The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. The doctor explained everything well, and took her time with us. No one made me feel like I was being upsold or pressured to do more than I had planned. The cost for the visit and the vaccine my dog needed were very reasonable. And I really appreciated the next day follow up call to make sure my dog's vaccine did not make her sick. Great experience!
We have been taking our animals here for years. Dr. Nguyen and her entire team are highly skilled in caring for animals. They are kind, compassionate and their services are reasonably priced. I appreciate that they are timely with appointments and they explain the veterinary care plan options in detail. They are warm and friendly. The entire staff is fantastic. The receptionists are always friendly, courteous, and happy to help in any way they can. The techs are great with our cat, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nguyen is the BEST! She takes the time to be gentle and thorough with our cat, explains everything she is doing or wants to do and listens with compassion. They are all definitely part of the family. Our cat crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday and Dr. Nguyen made a personal call to offer her condolences and support. We LOVE Our Pet's Vet!
