We already trust their products and so we knew the in person support would be just as trustworthy. Olivia was extremely educational. She was patient with all of our questions and very friendly. She confirmed that we in fact did not have lice. She also gave us plenty advice on how to continue to prevent lice in the future. The thorough check on both myself and my daughter gave me a lot of confidence that we were OK. At the same time, knowing the knowledge and experience from this company, and Olivia gave me faith that I was getting the correct answers. Called in a panic very early in the morning, and Olivia was so sweet, kind, & worked around my schedule with a late afternoon appointment. Very easy to talk to and she put my mind at ease, and I was lice free!! I hope I don't need their services again (who wants lice?), but I would definitely highly recommend them, and they were very close to my home, and I even bought a cute new sparkly brush on my way out!
