Every time I went to National Auto Repair, I have to admitted that they worked very professional and nice to explain & answered all our questions. Hope they can be always like that to seniors with fixed income/retired............
Very informative and trust worthy staff, help customers (people who have less car repair experience /knowledge such as myself) understand what needs to be completed, why, and in what time frame. If there are questions or changes, they call you right away to update you in real time as they are active on the work order before proceeding further. Also will let you know if there are tasks they recommend to complete elsewhere and for what reasons. The manager, Kevin, and his associates are very kind and always complete my car with excellent service and with a smile.
