I can’t say enough about how professional Juan and his genuine dedication to being the best he can be in his profession. He asked all concerns, trouble areas and needs before starting as this was his first time with me as a client. He was thorough and checked on pressure concerns as well as comfort levels during the massage I would highly recommend Juan as a massage therapist as he is great at what he does!!

I leave every session with Cassandra in awe of what a skilled masseuse she is. Her technique always helps me decompress and ring out all of the knots I accrue over stressful work weeks. She’s also a delight to talk to. I always enjoy my time with Cassandra!

Mai was absolutely wonderful! She and the staff made actually made me decide not cancel my membership, coming from another Massage Envy location where I was not happy with management and staff. I'm glad I tried Lake Forest. Excellent location!
