“We were referred to Landmark by a trusted friend/coworker. I had seen their backyard and fell in love with the design and modern aesthetic. We had a previous contractor and design that we were working with and decided to move forward with Landmark. They made the process easy for us by obtaining the city and association approvals for our backyard and front yard. Also, having the design meetings at their office made it easy to make detailed decisions on tiles, lights, cement color, grout, etc. Fast forward to today, we are in love with our private oasis, it truly feels like a resort at home! Landmark sold us on their modern design and use of the space within our yard. Our spa/pool is operated by an app, we can easily adjust the temp and lighting. We love the jets, so great to have at home after a long day at work. We highly recommend Tom and his team!“

“Brad and I have been so pleased with the results of the Landscafters' Team in transforming our front and back yards into stunning and very functional spaces. In two month's time, we went from a bare-bones yard (only the palm trees remained), to all new trenched plumbing, drains, electrical and hardscape including poured-in-place concrete stepping stones, built-in BarBQue, patio cover and artificial turf. The Landcrafters' team work ethic was superb from start to finish. “We used Caliscapes to re-landscape our front yard a few years ago. I will say the Victor and Oscar were great to work with. They listened to what we were asking for and worked to make our vision a reality. Once new plants were selected, we went with Oscar to the nursery so that we could see exactly what we were purchasing and how it would look once the project was completed. Caliscapes also did our son's landscaping and we both are extremely happy with the results. In my opinion, if you want a great job done at the right price and completed on time, you cannot go wrong with Caliscapes.“
“We just had our sunken and cracked driveway replaced with a better built concrete driveway. I'm very particular in getting into the technical details with contractors on how they are going to build and do things so I can ensure the job is performed per recommended practices and beyond so I can get a product that lasts and lasts, and to detect if a contractor will take shortcuts. I can tell you that this contractor did a phenomenal job and built this driveway perfectly and to last. We had trowelled expansion joints put in on the driveway and they are beautifully done with nice round corners, exceptionally straight lines, and at the proper depth. And the brushed finish on the surface was done to perfection. I won't get into the other technical details that are very important on constructing a lasting driveway but will say he covered and did the job just as I expected it to be built. Froilan, the owner, is very responsive on his calls and adheres to his schedule. On top of that, he is very friendly and is VERY ethical and hardworking and does it all for a fair price. He is easy to work with and will accommodate special requests...in my case, it was laying PVC sleeves under the driveway for future irrigation and electrical repairs before installing the frames, rebar, and roadbase. He has earned a permanent spot on my contractor's call list as he is top notch and is a person that won't nickel and dime you. He puts in a lot of personal pride in the work he does and wants it to be done right and directly supervises and works with his crew. After the job was done, I received A LOT of extremely positive comments from our neighbors and from the tenant who is living there about the top quality work that was performed and how clean they left the worksite each day. I am more than pleased to award Froilan 5 stars for his work, outstanding customer service, performance, knowledge, and results.“

“If you are looking to remodel your backyard, look no further as Alex Woodard is your guy! Alex and his team did an outstanding job remodeling our backyard. He is a thorough professional, very responsive, a great communicator and fair on pricing. Most importantly he is extremely passionate about what he does and is demonstrated through the quality of his work. He came up with some really unique and innovative ideas for our backyard that have given it a "resort" like look. He transformed our old jacuzzi into a stunning masterpiece with in-built LED lighting that gave it a refreshing makeover. He also designed and built a custom made fire pit seating area with in-built LED lighting that we cannit stop raving about. He went above and beyond installing multiple power and USB outlets throughout the backyard. The backyard lighting he provided gives a completely different feel to the backyard. He also came up with a brilliant idea of creating a basketball area with a three pointer line that our kids cannot stop enjoying. He also helped us install our center gazebo area and recommended us the amazing 4K aluminum patio cover for our Sommerset barbecue island which he and his crew helped install. This was our first time doing such a big project and we are so thankful that we chose Alex and his AV landscaping team to do it for us. All in all it has been an extremely wonderful experience working with Alex and his crew. We absolutely recommend him for this and will also choose him to do our front yard in the future.
